How to do a front flip in 3 steps

step number 1: step number 1 is that you have to jump in the air then flick your arms as hard as you can forward
step number 2: after you do that you tuck into a ball
step number 3: then when you feel like you can you bring out your legs then plant them on the ground
then by the end of the week you should be able to land a front flip 🙂
